Outstanding care

Excellent 24/7 care for my mother

“We evaluated CareSisters versus two large nationwide providers when we were looking for in-house care back in 2018, and we are very pleased that we appointed Sue and her small agency. We really like the continuity of care provided and the personalization suited specifically for my mother. I cannot recommend CareSisters highly enough.”

Live-in care

“Caresisters provided live in care for my mother, allowing her to retain her independence and continue living in the comfort of her own home. Sue Williams provided most of mum’s care and her kindness and commitment was exemplary.”

Care for my elderly mother post surgery

“Sue and Kim gave my family an excellent level of service in finding the right live-in carer for my mother post surgery. Bridget was a superb match and had the benefit for us of being a fully qualified nurse who could change my mother's wound dressings and monitor her 24/7. Bridget was outstanding, and I would happily recommend the service provided by CareSisters.”

What our carers say about Care Sisters

The relationship we have with our carers matters just as much as the relationships we build with families. They see first-hand how Care Sisters works, how we support people and how seriously we take finding the right match.

Caroline, home carer with Care Sisters

Home carer

“Having worked with both large and small agencies, and in a private capacity, I am delighted to be working with Sue Williams.

Sue is a rarity in the field of care. She should not be, but she is, because she takes time to get to know her clients and her carers and is so helpful when any advice is required, as she really does take time to listen and consider.

Her care knowledge is extensive and her counsel is wise. I wish I had met her right at the start of my caring career, but ‘better late than never!’”

“She takes time to get to know her clients and her carers.”
Ros, long-term carer with Care Sisters

Ros

Long-term carer with Care Sisters

“I would highly recommend Care Sisters to any family looking for care and support for a loved one.

Having worked with them as a long-term carer, I have found them to be a very caring, professional and reliable agency. They take the time to listen and understand what families need, and they work hard to find the right carer for each individual situation.

What really stands out to me is how approachable and supportive they are. Communication is excellent, and I have always felt that they genuinely care about providing the best possible service, not just placing a carer and walking away.

I would feel completely confident recommending Care Sisters to a family who wants reassurance, compassion and professional care for someone they love.”

“They genuinely care about providing the best possible service.”
Samantha, Registered Nurse and home carer with Care Sisters

Samantha

Registered nurse & home carer

“Before working with Sue I had worked with a few CQC and introductory agencies. These agencies claimed to fully support their carers, which in most cases did not happen.

I started working under Sue in December 2023. The placement was challenging and I battled along while Sue kept me motivated and focused.

She takes the time to listen to my requests and concerns and has always made me feel that my views are valued and that I am appreciated for who I am and the knowledge I can bring to the table.

In the care industry, having someone who understands the demands and responsibilities of caring is extremely important. I have found Sue to be very supportive when I have needed assistance, or just someone to lend an ear.

There have also been occasions when I have needed help and there was no one else available to provide care. Rather than leaving me to manage alone, Sue has personally stepped in and provided the necessary support.

Overall, I would describe Sue as caring, supportive, reliable and willing to lead by example. I would happily recommend her as someone who genuinely cares about both her carers and the clients receiving care.”

“My views are valued and I am appreciated for the knowledge I bring to the table.”

Why does this matter to families? Because carers who feel listened to, respected and properly supported can focus on what matters most: providing thoughtful, consistent care for your loved one.
